As a Customer Service Supervisor we will recognise you as part of the management team, and you will be given personal responsibilities. Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day management of your store, by supervising and motivating your team to achieve store targets and improve their own performance, as well as focusing on what we value above all else - our customers.

So what experience are we looking for?

We expect you to have some previous supervisory experience, preferably within a retail environment. You should also be able to demonstrate exceptional selling skills, to confidently sell products that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers, combined with a real passion for providing the best customer service levels possible. However we will consider people who have supervisory experience and excellent customer service skills from within the leisure industry, and who want to step into an exciting career in high street retail.
