Store Planning Assistant

Are you looking for a new job in Administration? We have the ideal role, as a Store Planning Assistant!

We are now looking for an experienced Administrator/Analyst to join us, to work closely with the Store Space Planning team supporting pre- and in-season space and stock optimization activities for our Retail Teams. Primarily the role exists to:

• Provide a point of contact across a number of internal business functions and the retail teams;
• Create and update regular weekly store trading reports, and process store audit results;
• Collate data on store space and maintain the store planning events calendar (new store and concession openings, promotional events, initiatives etc).

As the ideal candidate for the role, you combine data management and analysis experience with the personal and professional attributes required to make you a first-class administrator. That's why we want you on the team, of course.

• Analytical - practiced in using a variety of data analysis and reporting tools, including JDA (or similar) and Excel;
• Proactive - able to work under your own steam as well as with others in a team, you show initiative, passion, and decisiveness in your liaison abilities, consistently producing quality results against given deadlines;
• Commercially Confident - professional and courteous, you are nevertheless not afraid to initiate ad-hoc analysis and investigations into the data you are monitoring where appropriate.
• Details Focused - nothing gets past you, as attention to detail is paramount in this role, and your ability to track data and spot anomalies or trends will prove invaluable;
• Organised - well able to track and monitor a variety of replenishment and retail store data projects, you stay ahead of the game at all times and thrive in a busy administration function.
• A Communicator - always the key to success when dealing with a large number of internal departments your interpersonal skills and written/verbal communications never let you down! In particular, you will welcome being a key point of contact for stores during the Christmas peak trading times.
• Mobile - this role will see you making regular store visits, so it is expected that you will be willing to undertake this task.
