We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Merchandising Department, directly supporting the Assistant Merchandisers and more senior members of the team for our international Home and Travel ranges. Our Global Merchandisers are responsible for building effective working relationships with the buyers, suppliers, international operations (including finance) and overseas logistics providers to ensure stores and franchises are fully stocked and profitable! This is a busy role, ideally suited to numerate and details-focused people who are keen to start a career in retail merchandising. Candidates will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
Naturally qualifications relevant to a career in retail and/or previous experience in a similar order and stock fulfilment environment would be an advantage. However, applications are invited from all candidates with a strong admin support background and highly transferable skills who feel a career with Mothercare will be exciting and rewarding.
