System Manager (Direct) - Based Watford Head Office

The Systems Manager will work as a key member of our Direct team to implement and subsequently manage a major upgrade of IT and Telephony solutions that will provide a highly scaleable integrated environment for our call centre and web administrative functions thus ensuring an optimal process flow is achieved between our Websites and store web enabled solutions and our fulfillment partners.

This is a very specific role and we need someone with very specific experience of managing the technology behind a complete supply chain to drive a web/direct business. You must have managed complex 3rd party relationships as well as in-house development and support teams. You will combine the commercial skills to manage contracts and negotiation with the project management skills that will ensure delivery. These skills would ideally been applied in a retail environment (either multi channel or online only) but we will consider people from broader e-commerce backgrounds.
