As an Assistant Manager, we will look at you as a future Store Manager, and will work with you accordingly to reach that goal. You will be a key member of the management team in your store, often deputising for your Store Manager. Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day management of your store, motivating and leading by example the store team to achieve store targets and improve their own performance, as well as focusing on what we value above all else - our customers.
Primarily, management experience within the retail sector would be ideal, coupled with some P&L responsibility and a real passion for providing the best customer service levels possible. However we will consider people who have management experience from within the leisure industry, and who want to step into an exciting career in high street retail.
