We are passionate about providing excellent service and selling products that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers who visit our stores. We are recognised as one of the leading retailers for customer service. Only recently we were recognised externally in an independent Mystery Customer programme where we achieved 3rd place overall.

By developing and training our store management and teams, we aim to ensure that they have the skills, knowledge and experience they need to offer consistent excellent customer service and selling skills. They are also able to develop their career aspirations through our career development framework which won a National Training Award this year. We also work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our teams have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell products to our customers. We also use e-learning technology in-stores, to further enhance knowledge and skills.
