Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Centre, based in Watford Head Office is a dedicated department responsible for handling customer's telephone calls, taking customer orders, letters, emails and faxes.

Job roles are primarily focused on taking customer orders, resolving customer queries, problems and complaints relating to Mothercare products and service (in store, via home shopping or our web site). The team also plays a vital role in communicating customer issues internally to the company.
