As a Mothercare Store Manager you will be our champion for great customer service and role model for maximising sales and sell products that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers. So as well as being responsible for the day-to-day management of your store, you will lead and motivate your team to achieve store targets through exceptional selling, improve their performance, as well as focusing on what we value above all else - our customers.
Primarily, Store management experience within the retail sector, coupled with experience of P&L responsibility and a real passion for providing the best customer service levels possible. However we will also consider people who have good store management experience from within the leisure industry, and who want to step into high street retail.
