It is our intention to provide a range of development opportunities that will enable you to fulfil your potential and achieve personal growth. This might be through secondments to different departments or projects, or by using a range of self development or other more formal tools to support your needs. We also actively encourage promotion opportunities and advertise new roles internally.

Performance Reviews

Our review process encompasses regular feedback, discussion and review against agreed objectives on an ongoing basis.

You will have informal reviews with your manager and at least one formal discussion each year when you will review your performance against your objectives, and set objectives for the next year. The formal performance review discussion provides you with an explicit link between your own objectives and the goals of the organisation, so that you can see how your performance contributes to the overall success of the business.
